What information do I need to send when requesting a quote or ordering metal parts?

1.Gerber or DXF files.
2.If the above files are not available then a full and detailed mechanical drawing.
3.In the event that none of the above is available then it is possible that we could work from a sample to create the necessary data.

What is the standard delivery for parts?

Depending on the part and the quantity of the order we could start delivering limited numbers within three working days.

What finishes can be provided on metal parts?

Metal plated finishes such as Tin, Gold, Nickel etc can be accommodated. Please consult our sales staff for more information.

Is there a size limit to the parts we can produce?

We have a standard panel size and we charge per panel regardless of how many parts are on the panel and then add on for special requests such as Gold plating etc. When a particular part exceeds our standard panel size then we need to adopt alternative methods to process the large panel size. Sometimes it is necessary to utilize several panels to make up a part but this is best discussed if and when the need arises.
